Klovićevi dvori Gallery is making its web page accessible in accordance with the Law on accessibility of websites and software solutions for mobile devices of public sector bodies (Zakon o pristupačnosti internetskih stranica i programskih rješenja za pokretne uređaje tijela javnog sektora, “Narodne novine”, number 17/19; henceforth: Law on accessibility), which is the Croatian application of the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European parliament and the Council from 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications (SL L 327 from 2 December 2016).

Degree of compliance
This internet website is mostly aligned with the Law on accessibility and the CARNET guidelines for ensuring digital accessibility, which are reviewed and approved by the appointed national associations for persons with disabilities.
With the implementation of the new CMS platform, the rearrangement of the website in 2018 and the setting up of the UserWay plug-in for accessibility, most of the European requirement standards (EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) have been fulfilled.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This Statement was prepared on 1 July 2020, based on the template of the declaration on accessibility, which accords with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European parliament and the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, and was confirmed by an Implementing Decision of the EU Commission 2018/1523 11 October 2018.
The method of self-assessment was used for the preparation of this Statement, which was supervised by the Public institution Klovićevi dvori Gallery, with the addition of an automated review of accessibility using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool and an additional external assessment.
