Art workshop for children on the occasion of European mobility week (20 September 2025)

The City of Zagreb is organizing a series of activities during this year’s European mobility week, “Mobility for all”, and on this occasion The Klovićevi dvori Gallery organized a special workshop for children:

Sculpture workshop: Bike or scooter to the finish line!
Saturday, 20 September 2025, 11:00 -12:30

Using a bicycle or scooter, not an electric one, but an “old-fashioned” one, that is more appropriate for children because it’s safer to use, ride to a work of art in your neighborhood and describe it according to the following instructions:

• What or who does the work of art depict?
• What is the author’s name (usually written on the pedestal)
• What material is it made of?
• What is the height, width and depth of the work (if you have a tape measure at hand)?
• Which neighborhood is it located in?
• What is your reason for choosing this particular work of art?

Since you came to this work of art on a bicycle or a scooter, describe your vehicle to us. We are most interested in its color – why you chose that color (or maybe you had no other choice when buying it), what is your favorite color and why?
When you come to our Artionica on September 20th at 11 a.m. you will make a bicycle or a scooter out of cardboard and paint it with your favorite color.
