Exhibition “Kviz Collection – Little treasury of Croatian painting” extended in Dubrovnik

Due to great public interest, the exhibition “Kviz Collection – Little treasury of Croatian painting” organized by the Klovićevi dvori Gallery and the Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik is extended until May 31, 2026 at the Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik.

The exhibition presents 68 exceptional works of art from the collection of Dr. Boris and Jelva Kviz, which, thanks to their noble gesture, became property of the Klovićevi dvori Gallery in Zagreb. Two works, Bukovac’s Five Senses from 1898 and Račić’s Self-Portrait from 1906, are individually protected cultural property of the Republic of Croatia.

The authors and curators of the exhibition are museum advisor of the Klovićevi dvori Gallery, Petra Vugrinec and senior curator of the Klovićevi dvori Gallery, Danijela Markotić. The curator of the exhibition for the Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik is Rozana Vojvoda, museum advisor of the Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik.
